All of these pretty vintage items are in the shop now!  I don't know about the rest of you, but June was a slow month for me.  I definitely slowed down my listings.  When your personal life seems a little difficult, the shop suffers.  But, I'm going to press on and there are some more pretty listings that will be making its way into the shop on a more regular basis again.

Both Ends of the Spectrum

In the past, I've hunted for vintage depending upon the current season I'm experiencing.  But, since many of my buyers are international, I've decided to show equality to all seasons and post all types of vintage in the shop now.  After all, I don't want to show favoritism- I love all my vintage lovin' friends!

While compiling all of the items to post for the update, I did not realize how my updates were becoming dress heavy.  I like it.  I am a lover of dresses.  I really dislike wearing pants, especially jeans.  I feel quite constricted, so the warmer weather is a welcome change and an even better excuse to wear dresses all the time, every day.  I've also listed a few black accessories to dress up that outfit!  Which dress would you wear?

April's almost over and so is my 20% off shop sale! I must say I'm loving the variety in this week's shop update.  Expect more dresses though and hopefully my photos will become better as I fiddle with my camera and lighting more.  I'm almost there with that too!

Soft and Bold

This shop update is filled with many soft pieces and bold colored pieces.  I actually like mixing the two elements up into one outfit, but they are also good on their own.  My favorite item has to be the green heels.  If they were a size smaller, they would so be mine!

The shop is definitely looking sunnier with all the citrus colors and light dresses.  I adore the spring and summer seasons because I love wearing dresses.  I'm a lazy dresser and dressing for winter and autumn takes too much effort for me with all the layers and heavy items.  I like slipping on a dress with some sandals and heading out.  It's much easier since I have to get two little ones ready in the morning.  I would love to slip on the meadow rendezvous dress, pictured above, but it's a bit too long for me, so off to the shop it goes.

Anyhow, since it's sunny SoCal weather here, expect the shop to reflect the same.  Occasionally, I will be adding some warmer pieces for the folks in the southern hemisphere, so be on the look out!

A few items were added to the shop last week, but I couldn't find the time to blog to share with you all the new additions.  I haven't modeled anything for the last couple of months, but the Edwardian dress stretches to 23" at the most, which looked awful on my one dress form.  So, I literally sucked in my gut, held my breath, and tried it on.  I have no idea how I got that dress to fit, but once I was in it, I realized how beautiful this piece was.  I didn't want to take it off, but I had to because I thought I would faint from sucking my stomach in for so long.  So, it was painful to put on and take off! But, so worth it to be able to wear for that time.

All these, except for the cream embroidered cardigan, which has been sold, are in the shop now!
