Vintage Chocolate Ads

I'm always in the mood for chocolate.  In fact, I'm pretty sure I just did a post on desserts the other day and here I am obsessing over vintage chocolate ads.  I only chose ads of chocolates that still sell today, that I know of, but there are many many more yummy cute chocolate ads from the past.  Here are just a few!

A 1950s Revival!

So after my tiny little tantrum yesterday over the weather, I happened upon the Fall 2010 collection for Louis Vuitton and talk about a 1950s revival.  I am in love again with fall because of this collection. Each outfit is just exquisite and inspirational and what's great is I don't feel bad for not being able to afford Louis Vuitton because I have vintage! 

It was really hard for me to pick my favorite outfits from this collection, but here are some and hope you love them too!  I was going to resize these pictures and try to make 2 fit in each row, but I realize that these pictures deserve to have their own column.  Hope you don't mind!

3.1 Phillip Lim 2011 Spring Runway

Lately, I have been mad at the weather because I need the sun to take photos to update my shop, but I can't because it has been gloomy, gray, and rainy.  So, I started looking forward to spring by looking at the 2011 spring runway fashion at New York Fashion Week and I got even more mad at the current weather because everything was gorgeous on the runway- so light, airy, and ethereal!  I have so many designers I want to share, but I think I'll start off with my always favorite, 3.1 Phillip Lim.  Enjoy!

I am in love with this shop update.  Honestly, I love summer and all its fun dresses, but today's collection may change my mind.  The neutral colors make these items perfect for the season.  Oh, and the green coat is from my personal collection, but I'm letting it go, so whoever the new owner will be, treat it well! It really is lovely and fun!

I know I have been m.i.a. the past couple of weeks and an explanation for that will come soon.  My shop updates and blog updates have been far less than what I have wanted and have not had a particular theme, which I think is fine.  I like variety!  Anyhow, if those black boots were my size, I would have kept them, but they are not, so into the shop they go!
